Running for me is not only about my health and happiness and social
life...for me it's also about my sister Suzy. I started
running 3 years ago - at Suzy's no-nonsense,
matter-of-fact "yes you can"
attitude... soon, RUNNER'S HIGH came, and have been hooked ever since.
Suzy died in an avalanche while snowshoeing on Dec. 13, 2003. She was
passionate about running and climbing ...a streak of adventure runs in
our family, and it colored Suzy head to toe. Suzy was and will always
be my running inspiration. What's next, then? Chicago 2004 for Suzy. |
