Helen
 Helen at the Y with her son Helen is a very fit mom of three young boys and one girl. That alone probably keeps her "on the go", but she also teaches fitness classes at the local YMCA. We managed to catch up with Helen one day at the Y at a planning meeting for the yearly local 5/10K race. |
