It was fate that allowed us to meet Beth one afternoon on the Lynchburg trail.  We needed a fifth runner
for our 2004 Virginia 10-miler team, and there she was... heading out for a run.
We immediately recognized her from the Seven Hills Tri Club web page.
Beth is an outstanding triathlete and we hope to run more races with her in the future!
